PINKAHOLIC BONE HARNESS

After several reviews from friends and family, realised that I need harnesses that are suitable for bigger dogs like Shih Tzu, Beagle and Schnauzer. Some say they really find the polka-dot prints very pretty and tasteful and would love to have them except one small problem - their pooches can't fit in them! This comes in L and the shell is made of artificial leather, so hope this solves the problem!!!

PINKAHOLIC HOODED RAINCOATS

Though it may be March, weather in Singapore still seem to be pretty cool.... It seems to be raining every other day...hmmm. My mom has a golden retreiver, Royal who loves to roll in puddle of mud but refuse to go ease himself when it is raining in the field....weird I know!! My mom has been bugging me to bring her a big big raincoat for Royal but I have yet found one. Well, for the rest of us lucky ones, I have some of which are excellently suited for smaller ones!

Like the other harnesses, this comes ready with a leash hole and reflective 'Pinkaholic' print.

GASPARD et LISA

I am back from Fukuoka!!!!.....I must say, the people there really dote on their pets. They would bring them along in shopping malls, buy pretty pins and accessories for them, try on clothes in their mini dog fitting rooms...really something!!! The popular breeds there seem to be minature daschunds and the upcoming trend...chihuahuas!!! So many of them around and oh so tiny!!!
Anyhow, managed to grab a few thing there that I thought was nice and they are all of the same brand - Gaspard et Lisa ! Seems like a pretty popular brand there, love their colours! They have bags, pouches, pencil cases, soft toy, carriers, towels, dog dishes etc etc...you name it!
Hope you like them too!!!

PINKAHOLICS HARNESS

Another great product I found from Pinkaholics!!! Bought purple and baby blue colours for my gals for CNY. Everyone adores them!!!haha....

Here are some pictures I took of them. Eno is very camera-shy so kinda hard taking pics of her :) .....

This harness is put together by velcro so it is alot more comfortable for them. Unlike the plastic buckle ones, my doggies can sleep comfortably even with the harness on. There are also two buckles on top of the vest to attached your leash to it. And....it comes with a signature bone tag with a pinkaholic logo on it.

Soft Vest Harness!!

photos courtesy of puppia

Saw these lovely harnesses for my pups!!! Quite a genius invention i tot coz it actually combines a harness and a vest. Something unique to zest up a boring conventional collar. And the best part.....they look so pretty!

I don't know about yours but my dogs hate collars...they will pull and they will tug and they will struggle till their tiny necks are completely out of their collars.

This harness serves the my needs.....they look beautiful by itself and they have a practical use....

NANAS Trips

I often visit nanas during the weekends with my family and friends. We would all gather home-made dog cookies, cat nibbles and of course not forgetting fruits for the horses (YES!!! There are even horses there!!!). This sanctuary has come a long way....it started in Singapore with Raymund Wee homing more than 100 dogs and cats....However, due to the expiry of the land lease, he was forced to vacate the space and was left helpless with many lives in his hands. Through no short of a miracle, he was approached by a kind soul who has a land in Malaysia and is willing to give it up to continue homing these animals...There, NANAS was formed...

Visiting him in his sanctuary, you can see why he managed to maintain his youth. Waking up at 5am every morning, he takes a morning walk around the open field with hundred of dogs trailing his back...You can tell they all love him as they wagged their tails furiously when he calls their individual names. Not mistaking any single one of their names, you can tell the amount of effort an dedication that he has put into this place. I remembered when I first visited NANAS years ago, the whole place felt so serene. There were greenery everywhere with ponds for the dogs to jumped in and out to ease the summer heat. The little wooden hut that Raymunds stays in was very cosy with dogs runing every every where!!! One funny thing I learnt...never never stay at one spot for too long, the dogs pees on you!!!haha...

We would end the day with dinner. Our favourite spot would be a place that serves wonderful sambal seafood and butter crabs!!!! All for a fraction of what we would pay in Singapore....and it tastes so so goood!!!

I would like to share this wonderful experience with everyone. Now and then, I would organise trips to NANAS and would like to invite anyone who is interested to join me. The dates would be posted soon but the nearest visit would somewhere between late Feb and early Mar. We would probably set off late morning, stay in NANAS until about 5pm and head for dinner in Malaysia. Trust me, the food would be good and cheap and you wouldn't want to miss it!

There would be a flat fee for evey person , probably $40.00 of which any excess I would donate to NANAS on your behalf. So, the more people I get, the more donations we can make!

Do email me with your name and I would definitely keep you posted on the next NANAS trip!!
